How long will it take for funds to appear in my trading account?Wire transfers, and card deposits are usually credited within 1 business day of receipt. How can I send funds in a currency not listed on your website?FXCM has funding instructions for multiple currencies. If you wire funds in a currency other than the denomination of that bank account, the bank will automatically convert it to the denominated currency at an exchange rate specified by them, which may not necessarily be favorable. What is considered a "third party" deposit?Deposits received from an account held by someone other than the trading account holder constitutes a third party deposit. This also applies to corporate funds received for an individual account and similar scenarios. Does FXCM MENA accept third party deposits?No. FXCM MENA cannot accept any payments via a third party. We can neither guarantee the receipt nor the return of such payments. I would like to send funds using a different method other than the options you provided. How can I do this?The deposit choices FXCM MENA offers have been selected to provide the most convenient and reliable options to fund your account. Any method other than those listed is not recommended and could prevent or cause delays in FXCM MENA crediting the funds to your account. Can I send funds through an exchange house?For certain countries only, FXCM MENA allows funds to be sent through Exchange Houses. Credit/Debit Card Deposit:How much can I fund at one time via credit or debit card?The minimum deposit amount is 100 of the account base currency. The maximum deposit amount is 15,000 of the account base currency within one running month per card. Bank Audi imposes additional restrictions that can vary from time to time such as no more than 5 successful transactions per running month per card and blocking the card after 3 unsuccessful trials. Any blocked card will be blocked for 7 days after the last trial. If your card gets blocked, FXCM MENA can assist in finding the reason from Bank Audi. FXCM MENA relies on Bank Audi’s merchant systems and waives any responsibility in the decline/acceptance of the credit or debit card. What is the withdrawal procedure when an account is funded by credit or debit card?Accounts funded via credit or debit card may be subjected to receiving withdrawals via the same credit or debit card. Will my credit card deposit be considered a cash advance?No. Card deposits will appear on your card issuer's statement as a "payment." Will I receive a transaction receipt for my credit or debit card deposit?Within minutes of making a deposit, an e-mail containing your transaction information will be sent to the e-mail address as indicated on the online deposit form. My credit or debit card deposit was declined, but my card has been charged. What should I do?If your card transaction was declined, the transaction should be lifted from your account normally within a few business days. Will I be charged a fee for currency conversion?All credit or debit card transactions are automatically converted to the base currency of your FXCM MENA trading account. You may incur additional fees charged by your credit/debit card issuer for currency conversion. Wire Deposits:To whom should the wire be sent?Wire transfers should be sent to FXCM MENA. How long will it take for my wire deposit to arrive?Domestic wire transfers generally arrive within 1-2 business days. International wire transfers are usually received within 3-5 business days. Can I visit my local Bank Audi branch and use an ATM or ask the teller to deposit funds directly into your account?No. ATM or Bank Branch Deposits are typically received by FXCM MENA without any information with regard to the account or individual from whom the payment originated. If such deposits are received, FXCM MENA will require additional documents for proof of ownership or the funds will be returned.
