Credit/Debit Card Deposits

  • - The minimum deposit amount is 100 of the account base currency. The maximum deposit amount is 10,000 of the account base currency within one calendar month.
  • - Card deposits will appear on your card issuer’s statement as a ‘payment’
  • - Within minutes of making a deposit, an email containing your transaction information will be sent to the e-mail address as indicated on the online deposit form.
  • - If your card transaction was declined, the transaction should be lifted from your account normally within a few business days.
  • - All credit or debit card transactions are automatically converted to the base currency of your FXCM MENA trading account. You may incur additional fees charged by your credit/debit card issuer for currency conversion.

Neither Bank Audi nor FXCM MENA charge fees for incoming deposits. We recommend you contact your bank regarding any fees they or their associated intermediary banks may charge.

Wire transfers and card deposits are usually credited within 1 business day of receipt.
