Cash and cash equivalents cannot be accepted as we are unable to verify the origin of these funds. They will returned upon receipt.

Wire Deposits

  • - Wire transfers should be sent to FXCM MENA ( Funds Deposit )
  • - Domestic wire transfers generally arrive within 1 to 2 business days. International wire transfers are usually received within 3 to 5 business days.

Credit/Debit Card Deposits

  • - The minimum deposit amount is 100 of the account base currency. The maximum deposit amount is 15,000 of the account base currency within one calendar month.
  • - Card deposits will appear on your card issuer’s statement as a ‘payment’
  • - Within minutes of making a deposit, an email containing your transaction information will be sent to the e-mail address as indicated on the online deposit form.
  • - If your card transaction was declined, the transaction should be lifted from your account normally within a few business days.
  • - All credit or debit card transactions are automatically converted to the base currency of your FXCM MENA trading account. You may incur additional fees charged by your credit/debit card issuer for currency conversion.

FXCM MENA does not charge fees for incoming deposits.  Bank Audi may or may not charge fees on incoming deposits.  FXCM MENA will credit your account based on the net amount received.

Wire transfers and card deposits are usually credited within 1 business day of receipt.

"Bank Audi imposes additional restrictions that can vary from time to time such as no more than 5 successful transactions per running month per card and blocking the card after 3 unsuccessful trials.  Any blocked card will be blocked for 7 days after the last trial.  If your card gets blocked, FXCM MENA can assist in finding the reason from Bank Audi.  FXCM MENA relies on Bank Audi’s merchant systems and waives any responsibility in the decline/acceptance of the credit or debit card."

Security Issues

The deposit choices FXCM MENA offers have been selected to provide the most convenient and reliable options to fund your account. Any method other than those listed is not recommended and could prevent or cause delays in FXCM MENA crediting the funds to your account.

Otherwise, these types of financial institutions are considered high-risk for money laundering. Any funds received via this method will be returned upon receipt.
Additionally, FXCM MENA cannot accept any payment via a third party (Deposits received from an account held by someone other than the trading account holder constitutes a third party deposit. This also applies to corporate funds received for an individual account and similar scenarios).
